Deposits

A minimum deposit paid via credit/debit card is required to set a reservation. The deposit is non-refundable. It ensures your time slot is secured and blocks out your item for the event date. In the event, you need to cancel, we will save your deposit as a rain check that you can reuse for a different event, or you can gift or donate. Policy updated April 7th, 2024

How much room do I need?
The amount of room varies between each bounce house and water slide. A minimum of 2 feet on all four sides is required. Inflatables must be away from fences, pools, play sets, overhead utility lines, low-hanging tree branches, and any other permanent standing structures. Vertical clearance measurements are about 14 to 20 feet. We would be happy to discuss space requirements when you make your reservation. We also have the ability to measure your location with special software. In the event your inflatable does not fit, the deposit will not be refunded.

Are reservations necessary?
Yes! We suggest you call at least 3 to 6 weeks ahead of time. The earlier you book, the greater your selection and the chance that you will reserve your unit of choice. You can make last-minute reservations, but you will be very disappointed if your original choice is already reserved.

What if it rains?
Most inflatables can be used in light rain. While we do monitor the forecast leading up to your event, conditions can change, and it's up to you to ensure safe operation. There is no penalty to cancel due to inclement weather, your deposit will be saved as a rain check. Deposits are non-refundable but remain as credit. Any payments made towards the balance are also non-refundable but do not expire. In the event of light rain, the attendant needs to inspect and dry off the bounce house with a towel before continuing to bounce. It is also not safe to bounce under high winds (20mph or higher), thunder or lightning. During such conditions, the unit must be turned off. We also watch weather conditions and reserve the right to cancel a booking if the conditions are not safe. **Any heavy downpour, lightning, or high wind gusts are unsafe conditions for operation. Once the jump house is set up and operational payment in full is due and there are NO REFUNDS.

Does it get hot inside of the bounce house?
Our bounce houses are all covered with either netting or vynil for shade, and have netting on all walls to allow for air circulation and visibility. Dry inflatables are not reccomended to be set up in 90 degree weather with no shade. We normally only rent water units during the hotter months but keep in mind the amount of shade in the area your inflatable will set up in during the time of day your event will take place. Many customers plan either early or late events to take advantage of more shade and cooler temperatures during that time.

We're committed to making sure that you have a clean, healthy, and safe environment in which to play. We are regularly told by customers that our inflatables look brand new.

How can I pay for my rental?

When do I pay for my rental?
Full payment on the balance is expected at the set up time of delivery. We will require a deposit on all orders at time of booking online, which is available to you 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

How many kids can play at once?
This depends on the ages and size of the children. Generally speaking, the bounce house can accommodate 3-8 children of the same size/age group at one time, but we provide a chart on all of our contracts that addresses this issue. Adults are required to supervise at all times! If unable to provide supervision, turn off unit(s) and remove blowers, and lock them up in a secure area. Call us immediatley at 530-701-6313

Do you deliver and set up?
Yes! We will deliver and set up each unit and insure that it is clean and in good working condition before your party starts. When your party has ended, we will come back to clean and take down the unit. Set up normally takes about 10-25 minutes, and take down is about 15-40 minutes. Please make sure the pathway for the bounce house is clear before the scheduled delivery. Our inflatables are inspected after every rental to ensure cleanlines and safe operation.

What kind of supervision is necessary?
All of our bounce house and slide units require adult (age 18+) supervision at all times! The customer's responsibility is to provide competent adult supervision for the safety of the users. They will enforce the rules at all times!

My yard slopes a bit, will that be OK?

A slight slope is not a problem. If the area slopes more than a little, we may request an alternate location. Safety is the most important consideration for your set-up area. Please have an alternate location in mind.

Can they be set-up indoors?
Yes! All of our inflatables can be set up indoors providing there is enough ceiling clearance. A 14ft. feet vertical clearance is needed on most units. Gyms, auditoriums, and other large halls are perfect.

What type of surface can the units be placed on?
The safest surface is a level, grassy area. However, our units can be set up on any level surface, such as grass, concrete, asphalt, and even indoor gymnasiums. Please specify which surface the bounce house will be set up on so we can provide the appropriate tarps and anchors. We charge additional fees to set up on concrete, asphalt, dirt, and sand.

Are inflatable's safe?
Yes. Our units are constructed to be as safe as possible. Units include a safety step and safety nets that stop children from bouncing out of the jump and injuring themselves. Also, most bounce houses have emergency exits on the roof in case of a power failure. As with any activity involving small children, an adult should supervise the activity at all times. This will help to insure that the few simple rules continue to be followed and that someone is always there to assist children entering and exiting the unit. All of our units are covered for weather
protection (direct sun & light rain) and they have netting on all four sides to allow for great visibility and air circulation.

Why should I rent your units instead of someone else?
When renting a unit, you are going to get service and cleanliness that is unbeatable. When you and your children see your unit set up, you'll definitely be impressed with the quality. We take pride in keeping our equipment in great condition, we regularly inspect and remove units from our inventory that are not up to our standard every few years. Typically we cease to rent units once they start to discolor or show heavy signs of use.
