Deposits and Weather
Your deposit holds your reservation and transfers to another date if weather forces cancellation. Rain checks remain valid for two years. We require a minimum deposit to confirm your booking and accept all major credit cards.

If your event is located outside our standard delivery radius, our team is happy to help make arrangements. We understand that celebrations often take place beyond our core service region, and we frequently deliver to extended areas by request. Simply contact us with your event location, and we’ll evaluate delivery options to ensure your rentals arrive safely and on time.
Our goal is to make every customer’s event accessible to our services, regardless of distance. We routinely coordinate deliveries beyond Yuba City, Marysville, Plumas Lake, Olivehurst, Wheatland, and surrounding communities. When planning logistics, our scheduling team considers travel time, equipment setup requirements, and venue access to provide a smooth and efficient experience.
Please note that additional delivery fees may apply for locations outside our regular service area. These charges are based on distance, travel duration, and fuel costs. We strive to keep these fees reasonable while maintaining our commitment to punctuality and professional service. By communicating your event details early, we can tailor a delivery plan that fits both your schedule and your budget.
NOTE: Extra fees may vary depending on how far you are outside our service area.
We deliver and set up at most locations within 50 miles of Marysville, CA. We can accommodate locations outside of this radius for an additional fee and as long as it works with our schedule. Book early to ensure your event is secured, small deposit is required on all bookings (we do make an exception for Schools, Corporations, Churches, and Festivals)

Another few factors to keep in mind are the entry and exits of the units. We cannot have inflatables rubbing on any fences, branches, wires, bushes, or plants. We highly recommend contacting our team, and they will measure your yard with a special software in case there are any questions or concerns. We can also have a team member visit your location to be 100% sure.
